Any question, comment, suggestion, idea, or feedback you send us about the Services ("Submissions") may be used by us for any lawful purpose without acknowledgement or compensation to you. You confirm that your Submissions are not illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, false, or misleading; that they are original to you or you have the rights to submit them; and that they do not contain confidential information.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: any information you submit is true, accurate, and current; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms; you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; you will not access the Services through bots, scripts, or other automated means; you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and your use will not violate any applicable law.

You may be required to sign in to use some features of the Services. You agree to keep your sign-in codes confidential and are responsible for all use of your account.

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You agree not to:

Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, or attempt to learn sensitive account information.

Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.

Use information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

Upload or transmit viruses or other material, including spam, that interferes with anyone's use of the Services.

Use scripts, data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering tools.

Impersonate another user or person.

Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or connected networks.

Copy, adapt, decompile, or reverse engineer the Services' software, except as permitted by law.

Use the Services to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavour.

The Services let you create and store content, such as saved words and personal sentences ("Contributions"). You are responsible for your Contributions and confirm they do not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

By submitting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process them solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You keep ownership of your original Contributions.

If we provide areas to leave reviews or ratings, your reviews must be based on firsthand experience and must not contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or hateful language, or references to illegal activity.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Services on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Legal Terms.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate action against anyone who violates them, restrict or disable any Contributions, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and keep them working properly.

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.

These Legal Terms remain in full force while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason.

We may change, modify, or remove any part of the Services at any time without notice, and are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times; maintenance or technical problems may cause interruptions, delays, or errors.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. If you are an EU consumer, you additionally keep the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faro.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days, starting from written notice by one party to the other.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be determined by one arbitrator under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration, seated in Faro, Portugal, in English or Portuguese. This does not limit any consumer protection rights you have under applicable law.

The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time without prior notice.

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and your use is at your sole risk. Translations and corrections are AI-assisted and may contain errors; verify anything important (legal, medical, or official) with a qualified human translator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Legal Terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

We keep certain data you send to the Services in order to run them. You are responsible for the data you transmit, and we are not liable for any loss or corruption of that data.

Using the Services and sending us emails are electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that notices we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
